TPU95 HF: Key Advantages

Flexibility and Elasticity: TPU95A HF is a flexible filament with excellent elasticity. With an elongation rate above 400%, this material is suitable for all applications requiring cushioning, flexibility, and elasticity. It is also impact-resistant, and its Shore hardness of 95A may vary depending on print settings, density, and layer height.

Wear Resistance: This flexible material resists tearing, shocks, and friction. Suitable for professional environments, it performs well even at high temperatures.

Easy Printing: Flexible filaments usually require slower speeds and more attention, but TPU95 HF maintains standard printing speeds. It works well with both Bowden and Direct-drive 3D printers.

Recommended Usage for TPU95 HF

TPU filaments are very sensitive to moisture and absorb it quickly. It is recommended to dry the filament before use.

The softness and low hardness of the filament sometimes require adjusting the extruder pressure. Being more difficult to feed and guide, ensure the nozzle is clean to avoid extrusion issues.

TPU95 HF adheres effectively to all types of print beds and is available in 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm diameters. We recommend a temperature of 220°C only for very fast prints; otherwise, staying below 210°C provides the best results.
