The 3D printing filament Ultimaker CPE+ Transparent is more wear-resistant than standard CPE, designed for extremely durable and warp-resistant functional prototypes capable of withstanding high temperatures. These properties make it suitable for a wide range of applications.
High temperature: This reinforced CPE can withstand temperatures up to 100°C.
Mechanical strength: Ultimaker CPE+ Transparent offers better impact resistance than standard CPE.
Robust and stable: Ensures excellent mechanical performance for industrial part production.
Resistance: Excellent chemical resistance.
CPE+ Ultimaker prints at moderate temperatures, usually around 250–275°C, depending on nozzle size and selected profile. Profiles for 0.25 mm nozzles use slightly lower temperatures, while 0.8 mm profiles require higher temperatures.
For bed adhesion, a temperature of 110°C is recommended. CPE+ adheres well to heated glass beds, but applying a thin layer of adhesive (like Magigoo Original) is advised for optimal adhesion.
