Ultimaker PETG sets the standard for industrial use. Available in a variety of colors – including translucent and fluorescent – it is perfectly suited for a wide range of applications thanks to properties such as good printability, strength, chemical resistance, wear resistance, and temperature resistance. Easy to use, versatile, and scalable, Ultimaker PETG allows you to standardize your workflow and print efficiently to realize projects faster.
Its strong bed adhesion, good layer bonding, and excellent compatibility with PVA and Breakaway make Ultimaker PETG one of the easiest-to-use materials on the market. With NFC detection and pre-configured print profiles, anyone can quickly start 3D printing with Ultimaker PETG Translucent Yellow and achieve perfect first-time results.

Ease of printing: Good adhesion and pre-configured print profiles mean anyone can quickly achieve relevant results on the first try.
An interesting material: Compared to PLA and Tough PLA, Ultimaker PETG unlocks the widest range of technical applications, ideal for parts, tools, and industrial prototypes.
Resistance: Good chemical resistance to lubricants, oils, alcohols, acids, and bases. Can withstand humid environments and temperatures up to 76°C. Robust and wear-resistant.
Ultimaker PETG prints at moderate temperatures, typically around 225–245°C, depending on nozzle size and selected print profile. 0.25 mm nozzle profiles use slightly lower temperatures, while 0.8 mm profiles require higher temperatures.
For bed adhesion, a temperature of 85°C is recommended. PETG usually adheres well to a heated glass bed, but applying a thin layer of adhesive (like Magigoo Original) improves adhesion and can protect your bed in some cases due to the strong stickiness of this material.
