The Polysher - Polymaker's Smoothing Tool

The Polysher is a machine designed to give a polished and smooth appearance to 3D prints made with Polymaker's PolySmooth filament. Simply place the printed part inside, set the polishing time, and start, no intervention is required during the process.

Please note that the Polysher is only compatible with PolySmooth filament. PLA, ABS, or other materials are not compatible and cannot be post-processed with the Polysher.

The Polymaker polishing tool is designed to work with alcohol at 70% or more (90% recommended), such as isopropanol or ethanol. After polishing, the part should dry inside the Polysher for at least 30 minutes before handling. A second tray is included to start another post-processing cycle.

Build volume: Fits models up to 150 mm in diameter and 180 mm in height.

Safety: The Polysher automatically stops when the lid is opened during operation.

Our Recommendations for Using the Polysher

Liquid used: Isopropanol or ethanol (70% or higher, 90% recommended)

Treatment duration: Between 10 and 30 minutes (depending on part size)

Operating temperature: Between 15 and 32°C

Storage temperature: Between 0 and 38°C

Power supply: 100 - 240 V, 2A max, 50/60 Hz
