Flex Kit Raise3D E3: Master high-speed TPU printing

The Flex Kit Raise3D E3 was specially developed to enhance Raise3D printer compatibility with flexible TPU filaments. It’s ideal for users who want to produce flexible, strong, and precise parts without compromising on speed or print quality.

This kit includes:

1 × Raise3D Flexible Filament Auxiliary Feeder, designed to stabilize filament feeding and prevent tangling or slipping,
1 × Raise3D Premium TPU-95A White Filament (1 kg), offering excellent elasticity and perfect layer adhesion.

With its optimized extrusion system, the Flex Kit allows very high-speed TPU printing while maintaining flawless surface quality. Printed parts show minimal deformation and high mechanical strength, ideal for applications requiring flexibility and durability (seals, soles, grips, dampers, etc.).

Usage tips

To get the most from your Flex Kit Raise3D E3:

Ensure the auxiliary feeder is properly aligned and tensioned,
Reduce retraction to prevent clogging in the feeding tube,
Print between 220°C and 240°C at moderate speed for first tests,
Store TPU filament in a dry environment to prevent moisture absorption.

With this kit, printing flexible materials becomes as smooth and reliable as rigid filaments, while maintaining the precision and quality of the Raise3D E3 series.
