Polymaker HT-PLA Grey is an enhanced PLA filament developed to exceed the thermal limits of standard PLA. While the latter softens around 60 °C, this high-temperature version can withstand up to 150 °C (annealing recommended). This performance is achieved thanks to an optimized polymer chain formulation.

Printing guidelines for Polymaker HT-PLA Grey

For best results, print at a nozzle temperature of 210–230 °C and a heated bed between 25–60 °C. Printing speeds can reach up to 300 mm/s.

Annealing is strongly recommended to achieve maximum heat resistance: place the part in a domestic oven at 80–100 °C for 20–30 minutes, then let it cool down slowly.

A moderate cooling fan setting helps balance strength and surface quality.
