The eco-friendly PolyTerra PLA+ Teal (Polymaker Teal) filament was developed by Polymaker using a technique called "Fully Bio Compound (FBC)", which is a blend of PLA (biodegradable polymer made from corn, beet, and wheat starch) and organic minerals. This PLA+ version optimizes layer bonding with 27% better layer adhesion and 29% more strength compared to standard PolyTerra.
If you are looking for a cost-effective or eco-friendly PLA, or both, PolyTerra™ PLA+ is definitely your top choice. Additionally, if used as a support material, PolyTerra™ PLA+ Teal (Polymaker Teal) can be easily removed.

The PolyTerra PLA+ Teal (Polymaker Teal) is compatible with all 3D printers on the market in both 1.75mm and 2.85mm sizes.
We recommend setting your printer to an extrusion temperature between 190°C and 220°C for optimal printing of PolyTerra PLA+ Teal (Polymaker Teal). An print speed between 30 and 70mm/s and a heated bed between 25°C and 60°C are also recommended.
If your printer has a direct drive extrusion system, the recommended retraction distance is 1mm at 30mm/s. For Bowden extrusion, the recommended retraction distance is 3mm at 60mm/s.
