PolyLite Dark Grey ABS is compatible with all open 3D printers on the market in both 1.75mm and 2.85mm formats.

3D printing PolyLite Dark Grey ABS requires an extrusion temperature between 245 and 265°C, a heated bed between 90 and 105°C, and a print speed of 30 to 50mm/s.

We strongly recommend using a closed and filtered chamber and a professional 3D printer to obtain warp-free parts while ensuring safety.

Post-Processing PolyLite Dark Grey ABS Filament

To achieve smooth surface finishes, there are two options: either manual sanding of the 3D part, or using acetone, which chemically acts on ABS. As acetone handling can be dangerous, another alternative method is using PolySmooth with IPA.
