Cleaning after printing with High-Speed White Resin

After printing your part with Forshape Premium High-Speed White Resin, place it directly in the washing tank of your post-processing station. Then fill the tank with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol (IPA), or at least 95% concentration.

Start the wash for a few minutes, the duration depending on the size and complexity of the part. Once washing is done, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely. It is essential that no alcohol residue remains, as it may cause white marks or microcracks over time.

Final curing

Post-curing is a key step to ensure strength and stability of prints made with High-Speed resin. The curing time depends directly on the volume of the part and the light power of your UV chamber.

Generally, an exposure time between 15 to 30 minutes is sufficient. For optimal results, we recommend using a fresh airflow after exposure to dissipate excess heat.

Tip: immersing parts in water during post-curing can reduce deformation risks. This technique is especially useful for detailed figurines and jewelry pieces.

Safety instructions and storage

Before each use, shake the bottle vigorously to homogenize the resin. Always wear gloves and a mask when handling the product. The resin is not intended for internal use: do not ingest or bring in contact with mouth.

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor if necessary. Always keep the product out of reach of children.

Resin should be stored between 15°C and 35°C. Too low temperatures can increase viscosity, impacting rapid printing performance. Close the bottle carefully after each use, and store it in a dry place, protected from dust and UV rays. Prolonged exposure to light can cause premature curing of the resin.
