Cleaning after printing Tough-X Forshape Premium resins

After printing with the 10K Tough-X Forshape Premium Resin (Dark Grey or Black), immediately place your part in the washing tank of your post-print cleaning station. Fill the tank with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or at least with a 95% concentration.

Activate washing for several minutes depending on the size and complexity of the part. After cleaning, rinse carefully with clear water and dry the part completely. It is essential to remove all traces of alcohol to avoid white marks or microcracks over time.

Final curing

Post-curing is essential to ensure the robustness and stability of parts printed with Tough-X resin. The curing time varies according to the part volume and the light intensity of the UV chamber used.

Generally, an exposure of 15 to 30 minutes is sufficient. To optimize quality, use a fresh air flow after curing to evacuate residual heat.

Tip: Immersing parts in water during post-curing helps reduce deformation risks, particularly useful for complex models such as figurines or jewelry parts.

Safety and storage instructions

Before each use, shake the bottle vigorously to homogenize the resin. Always wear gloves and a mask when handling. This product is not intended for internal use: do not ingest or bring to the mouth.

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor if necessary. Keep resin out of reach of children.

Store resin between 15°C and 35°C. Too low a temperature increases viscosity and may affect rapid printing performance. Close the bottle carefully after use and store it in a dry place, protected from dust and UV rays. Prolonged exposure to light may cause premature curing of the resin.
