Usage Recommendations with Forshape 10K Resin

For LCD printers with monochrome screens, the base layer exposure time is 20 to 30 seconds and the exposure time per layer is 2 to 3 seconds.

Simply adjust the exposure times according to the desired layer height, leaving the rest as is.

Cleaning Forshape 10K High Transparency Resin

Place the printed part in the washing tank of your post-processing station and fill the tank with 99.9% Isopropanol Alcohol (minimum 95% alcohol). Clean the part for a few minutes, then rinse with water before drying. Ensure the part is completely dry, as residual alcohol can cause white spots or cracks over time.

Post-Curing

The curing time of the printed model is proportional to the size of the part and inversely proportional to the optical power of the curing device. On average, exposure time ranges between 15 and 30 minutes. Remember to use fresh air to dry the parts after post-curing.

You can place your parts in water during post-curing to reduce deformation, especially for figurines and jewelry.

Precautions

Shake well before use and wear a mask and gloves when handling. This product is not intended for oral consumption. Keep out of reach of children.

Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Otherwise, seek medical advice promptly.

It is recommended to store the resin at a temperature between 15°C and 35°C. Lower storage temperatures increase resin viscosity. The bottle must be sealed and protected from dust and moisture, which can affect print quality. Keep the resin away from sunlight, as UV light can prematurely cure the photosensitive resin.
