Usage Recommendations for Forshape Premium Glow in the Dark Resin

For resin 3D printers with a monochrome screen, the base layer exposure is 20 to 30 seconds, and each layer should be exposed for 2 to 3 seconds.

Simply adjust exposure times based on the desired layer height and leave the rest as is.

Cleaning Forshape Premium Glow in the Dark Resin

Place the printed part in the wash tank of your post-processing station and fill the container with 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol (minimum 95%). Run the cleaning cycle for a few minutes. Rinse the part with water and make sure it is completely dry, as residual alcohol may cause white spots or cracks over time.

Post-curing

The curing time of the printed model is proportional to the size of the part and inversely proportional to the optical power of the curing chamber. On average, exposure time is between 15 and 30 minutes. Use fresh air to dry the parts after post-curing.

You can place your parts in water during post-curing to reduce deformation, especially for figurines and jewelry.

Precautions

Shake well before use, and wear a mask and gloves during handling. This product is not for oral consumption.

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not get the product in your eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. If necessary, seek medical attention quickly.

It is recommended to store the resin at a temperature between 15°C and 35°C. The lower the storage temperature, the higher the resin’s viscosity. The bottle should be sealed and protected from dust and humidity, as both can affect print quality. Keep the resin away from sunlight, which contains UV light that can cure the resin prematurely.
