Usage recommendations

For optimal results, use this resin with printers equipped with high-resolution screens (10K). Shake well before use and store in a cool, light-protected place.

Post-print cleaning of Tough-X Forshape Premium resins

After printing with 10K Tough-X Forshape Premium resin (Dark Grey or Black), immediately place your part into the washing tank of your post-print cleaning station. Fill the tank with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) 99.9%, or at least 95% concentration.

Run the wash for several minutes depending on the size and complexity of the part. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water and fully dry the piece. It is essential to remove all alcohol traces to avoid white marks or microcracks over time.

Final curing

Post-curing is essential to ensure the strength and stability of parts printed with Tough-X resin. The curing time depends on the volume of the part and the light intensity of your UV chamber.

Generally, an exposure of 15 to 30 minutes is sufficient. To optimize quality, use fresh airflow after curing to dissipate residual heat.

Tip: Immersing parts in water during post-curing reduces deformation risks, especially useful for detailed figurines and jewelry pieces.

Safety and storage instructions

Before each use, shake the bottle vigorously to homogenize the resin. Always wear gloves and a mask when handling. This product is not intended for internal use: do not ingest or put in mouth.

In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if necessary. Keep resin out of reach of children.

Store resin between 15°C and 35°C. Low temperatures increase viscosity and can affect fast-print performance. Seal the bottle tightly after use and keep it in a dry place, protected from dust and UV rays. Prolonged exposure to light may cause premature curing.
