Forshape Premium Grey High-Speed Resin is specially designed for ultra-fast 3D printing while offering excellent detail accuracy and a smooth surface finish.
Thanks to its low viscosity and outstanding reactivity, it significantly reduces the exposure time per layer, providing a printing experience up to 3 times faster than standard resins.
3x faster than standard resin: Its low-viscosity formula enables accelerated curing and high-speed printing, ideal for demanding users.
High precision for miniatures: Achieve sharp and detailed miniatures with a non-sticky surface that is easy to paint and more resistant to breakage.
Broad compatibility: Fully compatible with resin printers such as the Anycubic Photon M7 Pro, Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K, and all 2K to 16K models (4K, 8K, 12K, 14K, etc.).
Low odor for safer use: Solvent-free and low emission, this resin is more pleasant to use daily, even in enclosed environments.
For best results with Forshape Premium High-Speed Grey Resin, use printers equipped with a monochrome screen and adjust the exposure times according to your machine’s resolution (2K to 16K).
Always shake the bottle well before use and store away from direct light and extreme temperatures.
After printing with Forshape Premium High-Speed Grey Resin, place the part in the cleaning tank of your post-processing station. Then fill the tank with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) at 99.9%, or at least 95% concentration.
Run the cleaning cycle for a few minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the model. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water and dry completely. Make sure no alcohol remains, as it could cause white marks or microcracks over time.
Post-curing is essential to ensure the strength and stability of prints made with High-Speed resin. The curing time depends on the size of the part and the light power of your UV chamber.
Typically, an exposure of 15 to 30 minutes is sufficient. For optimal results, use fresh air circulation after curing to dissipate excess heat.
Tip: Curing the parts submerged in water can help limit deformation, especially for highly detailed models or jewelry parts.
Before use, shake the bottle vigorously to homogenize the resin. Always wear gloves and a mask when handling the product. This resin is not for internal use: do not ingest or place in contact with the mouth.
If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if necessary. Keep the product out of reach of children.
The resin should be stored between 15°C and 35°C. Lower temperatures increase viscosity, which may affect high-speed printing performance. After use, seal the bottle tightly and store it in a dry, dust-free, UV-protected environment. Prolonged exposure to light may cause premature curing of the photosensitive resin.
